Scenario:
One of the partners who has the purchases bills with him comes from the market, sits at the computer and enters the bills accounts into the software. Furthermore, a lot of drugs are sold every day and at the end of the day a partner enters the total amount of the income into the sales account. Besides, in case of paying any expenses belonging to the pharmacy in general, they enter the expense amount into the expense account, for example paying the bill of electricity and so on.A partner personally needs money, he withdraws a desired amount of money and enters the amount into his account and keeps it saved.At the end of each month, the partners gather around and calculate each account section like total amount of withdrawal by each partner, total amount of sales, total amount of purchases and they determine the amount of general profit through the month. Moreover, the profit is divided by the number of partners with consideration of the withdrawal by each of them.
